350nm UV images taken during a snowstorm; minimal post processing. The interesting thing about the 2nd one is that the snow wasn't anywhere as heavy looking in visible light.

It was an experiment - normally working in UV nearly everything is dark or black as organic matter absorbs. Plus there isn't that much UV to begin with.The biggest exception are some flowering plants that create patterns interesting to UV sensing insects. The amount of UV was surprising (relatively speaking).
