Canon no longer embeds the shutter count data in an image file. The list of support EOS bodies at camerashuttercount.com is no newer than the circa 2012 EOS 6D.
To our OP, you'll likely have to find a for-pay utility that you download and install to your computer and connect to your camera via a USB. Carefully review the site documentation before purchasing anything as every EOS generation is different and Canon may have made the EOS 80D even harder for third-party programmers to write software to access this value within the camera.
