Finally Figured out how I wanted to Finish this Image

I've processed this images in several ways. Color, B&W, Targeted Color, Pencil Sketch, and as part of several composites. I believe this will be my final version. Thought I'd share.

Nice but I’d drop the layer for the thing lower left. Is that a gun aimed at the Statue of Liberty?

Plus you might want to scootch the eagle right a bit to get his wing edge.

Nah.

Then maybe turn turn the guy on the right so he's facing the Statue of Liberty?

Nah.

Good the way it is as it depicts the military. I didn't see it as "pointing at" the Statue of Liberty.
I treated it as a separate image, just like the guy on the right.

Thank You, my intent was to show it was there to protect the Statue. I appreciate your comment !!

Thank you, that element is from the Battleship Alabama and is an anti-aircraft battery to symbolize it protecting the Statue
