Quinine "tonic water" is naturally fluorescent and when you shine a blacklight on it it glows. " Those of you old enough to remember blacklight posters the idea is the same." This started out as a blacklight shining on a glass of tonic water.

A lot of foods have phosphors that cause fluorescence. Olive oil comes up kind of reddish. I will continue experimenting and playing with the images.
