Download Google Lens to your phone. It will identify birds, insects, plants, dogs, cats, cars. It identified my collection of antique cameras.
We used to always call them snowbirds because they were always around in the wintertime!

It does look like a junco - on the other hand, if you are posting from Thailand, I could be wrong. Anytime you ask such a question, PLEASE tell us where and when the photo was taken. If a photo of a plant, please include not just flowers but leaves and a photo of the entire plant...
Dark-Eyed Junco. They are seen more often in Winter.
Make darkened junco. The females are lighter with rose colored beaks
