Not sure I understand do I want to include the download? I never use a tripod when photographing birds.

When you post a photograph you can include, as a separate option, the original file which gives the viewers a full replication of the image.
And I am not surprised at you not using a tripod but what settings did you have on the camera? I ask because I would like to take photographs of your quality.
