Most of us (UHH subscribers) are quite fortunate!
Consider this:
The population of Earth is around 7.8 Billion.

Problem with these things, we can believe them outright, disbelieve them outright, or do extensive research on each point to see if it's right. Don't have a lot of time today, so thank you so much for giving me this info which I choose to completely believe.

A great perspective Mark. Personally, I am lucky and glad to be alive at 75, and each day when I awaken, my first words always are: “thank you Lord for this beautiful day”. It’s a tradition with me because I have learned that each day is a gift, not a given.

Thank you Mark. Having traveled and seen much but not enough I can relate to both the numbers and the Lord's Grace.

Nice thoughts, Mark. BTW 65 is far away in the rearview mirror. I figure if I can hold out for another week until my 2nd Covid shot, I may yet make it even farther down the road of life. Certainly, most of us here on the Hog are truly blessed. Just by virtue of being able to afford and own the photographic equipment that we have places us in the tiny percentages at the top end of the scale. All in all, life is pretty darn good.
