Due to an image-overload (and I guess because I was so happy learning the processing work in Lightroom), in 2014 I decided to do a second photo-calendar concentrating on the Pacific Northwest. Most of the pictures were taken in 2014, some the Washington pictures date back to 2013 and one actually to 2010, from one of the very first albums I created. But they all fit into the PNW theme so I decided to place them together into this calendar.

For those interested: Further images from British Columbia can be viewed under the CHRONOLOGICAL tab in my album 2014 Jul "Canada / BC - Mountains Whistler & Manning Park".
I recommend viewing the abbreviated versions under the link "Short". website: www.weberwest.weebly.com

This first set has four pictures from the mountains and islands of Washington State, the remaining six are from Whistler Mountain and Manning Park in British Columbia.

Thanks Mike - and since you know all these mountains from the winter scenes, I am now presenting their "summer face" - not as exciting, but quite nice also. Actually when we were up there on that day (July 12, 2014) they still had some summer skiing going - you can have a look at my album to see how that combination looks like! Take care - Joe

Thanks merry for looking in again - yeah, that little marmot had been digging, we humans get our hands dirty when we work, this little critter gets his hands and nose dirty .... but I just loved the way he was sticking out of his tunnel and checking the above-ground situation ... Take care and have a great evening - Joe
