Wife and I drove through the ranches of Central Florida for a Saturday drive looking for some wildlife. Didn't find any to speak of but did come across a Junior Rodeo in the little ranching town of Kenansville, FL. Had the wrong lens for this event but tried to get some photos anyway. A 200-600 was not the lens for this event, 75-100 yd shots in low light in the arena. And to maintain social distancing, I didn't want to get into any crowds.
We stayed primarily for the goat tying (for girls) where the goat gets to be thrown and tied over & over & over.
Girls were time from the time they entered the arena to when the goat was tied and their hands raised...tough being a goat however it was replaced after about 5 throws..
Some of the arena shots could have been better with a different lens or done by a better shooter. Anyway here are a few of the young kids enjoying a very healthy outing. Download or DDL best in most cases.
Nice--enjoyed these shots!

Thanks MT, we had a good time watching these young kids having some good clean fun....dang they must have lots of bucks invested in all this; horses, tack, trailers, clothes, etc...
