Monitor for Photo Editing

So... I just ordered a BenQ SW271 4K monitor. I wanted one that supported HDR10, and 10bit color depth... and keep the price around $1K.
Any pros / cons on my decision?

One of the monitors I would like to own, for sure. I would say that this is a good choice in the price range. It's on it's way - Enjoy!

I got one a couple years ago to replace a Eizo monitor which cost considerably more, and it performs just as well.

Love mine. Wish I had more time to use it as a monitor for photos (rather than general). I can see retirement over the top of it on the horizon.....

I have a BenQ SW240 and love it. There's a big difference in accuracy between a hardware calibrated monitor versus one calibrated by software.

Enjoy. Just be sure to calibrate and custom profile it if you want prints that closely match the monitor.

I have two, one for Florida, one for up north. If I had a third place I'd do it again. Enjoy.
