Went to purchase a new bicycle for the wife and they had none assembled on the floor so they took us back to storage to find one she liked still packaged up (meant I had to put it together...
The one she like had a moth sleeping on it so we picked that one. When we came back to pick it up the moth had already flown. Taken with my iPhone 11 about as close as I could get. A beautiful moth, glad she made a getaway...Cheers
ps, bike was really easy to assemble....

Those guys are really fun to photograph. They usually are still. I had one a couple of summers ago . He was so fuzzy and furry looking. good shot! What kind of bike? I see a S. Specialized?

Bike is more of an invasive species than the moth....its a Schwinn, she wanted it, price was right....Cheers

Mike, my daughter gave me a wide angle/macro adapter for my iPhone, wish I would have had it, it seems to work pretty good, the macro especially, gotta get close though...
