Every one takes photos of "lower Yellowstone Falls". Does anyone know where Upper Yellowstone Falls is? Is it accessible? Is it worth the effort?

The upper falls is easy to get to, and can be viewed from two locations. The first is just up stream from the lower falls, (see picture). The second is a platform right at the top of the falls, (again see the picture, zoom in).
