I use flash occasionally/ rarely - mainly bounce flash indoors for family gatherings
Could folks please suggest appropriate flash for the Sony?
I have a Nikon SB 800 if useful/usable.

I have a Nissin for my Sony. It's everywhere a sophisticated at the Canon models I have for my EOS bodies. It's just not as ruggedly built. It's half the price or less too.

If you go with a Sony flash, it will always work. Some 3rd party flash units may not work 100%. That being said.I have a Godox TTL 350s that works quite well with all my Sony cameras. It is fairly small, light, and it's head moves all around.
