Actually, I don't remember Biden promising anything. As I remember he spent the entire campaign hiding in his basement and complaining how Trump was evil, destroying the country and doing everything wrong.

You remember very wrong—or you simply didn’t pay attention. Biden’s website outlined an agenda promising a great many things—-one of which was aggressively instituting a national health plan to combat the v***s. The same v***s that Trump promised would “disappear” because it was “ under control”.
