Shot this at the Palm Beach zoo some time (2 months) ago. He is non captive but likes to hang around for the excess food available being fed to the other birds and is somewhat more tolerant of seeing humans around.
This shot on an overcast day in shade (DULL lighting), Canon 80D, Canon 70-300 IS II nano, hand held/braced, 1/125, f5.6, ISO 1600, @300mm with a slight cropping, PPd in Elements 9. This $400 lens and the 80D still amazes me !
