No.
70% isopropyl alcohol is 30% water. It is intended for medical use on the skin and is diluted with water so that it can me sold at a low cost. The water is not beneficial for cleaning anything.
I do not use alcohol as a cleaner on any of my camera equipment, regardless of concentration. One of the things it is best at cleaning is adhesives of many kinds...including the adhesive on the double-sided tape that holds the rubber grip material on your cameras.
For eyeglasses, I don't believe you will like the eventual effect it will have on plastic materials, lens coatings, or nose pads.
Some folks use a small amount on a Q-Tip to clean lens and flash contacts. I do not.
As clarification of why I don't use alcohol on my cameras, one thing I do use it for is removing paint from used two-way radio equipment that I purchase from time to time to be refurbished. I figure that anything that will remove paint is too aggressive to use on my cameras.
