I was at a local refuge but no birds in sight. Then I saw this.
Afterwards I saw these Mergansers way off in the distance - heavily cropped and noisy but I was glad I saw them.

Very nicely done, Elliott. Love the beetle on the tree download, very creative idea. Thinking of taking it to the garden center and asking if they have something for German beetles on tree bark. 😊
