If you're going to wait to die until you have been to all the places, you might want to make some of them really hard to get to so it takes you a longer time to fill the list.

12 for me. But I think their concept is a little skewed. Why big cities? The big cities were just the jumping of place for me. I'm much more interested in the countryside away from the cities!
13 for me, it was the Army's choice not mine. I prefer nature not cities.

21 For me however, some of these locations were while I was in the USN from 1959-1963. Bought my first Nikon SLR camera from the base store in Sasebo, Japan, September 1959!!
Hey, me too! I bought a Nikon F from the exchange while stationed on USS Ajax AR-7 in Sasebo, three years later in 1962. Cost me a month's pay!
24 for me, so almost half way.
I didn't go through the whole list, but I'd take a guess a three. I'm through traveling.
I've been to 22 of those places and enjoyed them all!! 😁😁😁
Cheers,
Don
3 for me and all in the USA.
25, but my list would be very different.
20 so far. With a Baltic cruise scheduled for July, I can add a few more, assuming we’ll be able to do the cruise.

Impressive photographs too.
I've visited 20 of these, how many have you visited?
I've only been to 5 of these places and there are only 2 or 3 others I would like to visit. As others have said, cities are at the bottom of my list.

21, but I didn't take an Instagram shot at any of them! Does that mean I have to go back? (-;
30 for me but I can list at least 20-30 that I've visited that should be on the list.
Jerusalem, Cairo, Ephesus, Kyoto, Great wall, Saint Petersburg, Beaver Channel, Macho Picchu, Tokyo, New Orleans, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Vancouver, Quebec City, Rome, Pisa, Venice, Vienna, Washington DC, and on and on.
28 for me, and I definitely would add Rio de Janeiro to the list.
I count 35, but I didn't always have my camera! The foolishness of youth!
