I came upon this fellow/gal at Cameron Prairie Nat Wildlife Refuge. There was a large number of egrets, herons, Ibis, and smaller birds all gathered in one spot. It was a shallow ditch and they were all feeding within 50-100 ft of each other. I set up my tripod and sat and watched them for about 30 minutes. They were not bothered in the least by my presence. I took about 700 images on this visit. I will post more later.
