This is the gravel road to my cabin in Tenn, on the way up I stopped when I saw the sunlight patch got out of the car and shot it

Hard photo to take. Trying not to blow out the sun spot while keeping the background from going too dark. You did a good job. Love the color of the leaves on the ground.

Thank you!!, it was a meter for the highlights then for the shadows and then average the two

Thank you!! there are so many times I miss shots I wish I could take but the traffic keeps me from it. Seems no cars around for miles until you roll down the window and pick up the camera
