Discovering that squirrels don't like bird seed or suet that contains hot jalapeno pepper soaked seeds was a life saver. It was fun to watch the squirrels attack the bird feeder only to find they hated the taste of the birdseed laced with hot pepper sauce. They never came back after that. I'm sure that our feathered friends enjoyed the show as well. Hope you enjoy the andromorphic humor and new found rich colors at low ISO settings;.

We've had MaCaws and Cockatoos and they LOVED the dried red hot peppers that was in their feed mix.

Dear sippyjug104...I haven't seen any birds that shy away from the dried red hot peppers in the feed mix. Apparently their taste buds aren't affected the way the squirrels are. Thanks for your comment.
