Plus one other garden friend I found on our front verandah...the rose bud took my interest, a spider had built a web on it and as the bud grew, it pulled the web apart except for one strong thread that caused the bud to grow sideways...
All taken with my D500 and my Sigma 150mm macro lens
Hand held.

Gorgeous captures and excellent renderings. I am jealous of the beautiful lighting you are getting! (Here it is all overcast and foggy this morning at 0C). Stay safe, keep on sharing your excellent work and award yourself a 4X.

Can't fool me, Ron. A couple of those aren't bees! Excellent shots.

The best bee images I have seen on this site, Ron. And that includes mine.

Great captures Ron. Recognizing the skill it takes capturing the bugs I like the rose bud best

Great shots Ron. Bees are all balled up for the winter around here & no buds at all.

Ron, another awesome set. One strong spider's silk for sure and the bee's pollen is great. DDLs are a must to enjoy the details.
