Older gentleman, like me, was parking his auto in his garage today, struck a large object as he pulled in, reversed, trying to unhook from the object, then everything went downhill. Most of our condo homes share a driveway directly opposite each other. He most likely became disoriented and confused, hit the accelerator, and reversed directly into the unit opposite his. Slight damage to his unit, probably totaled the auto, and did massive damge to the neighbor unit. Very concerned for both the driver and his neighbor.

The Better Half and I have bowled with friends as part of our socializing when one evening a car came crashing through the building and ended up on two of the lanes. The gal had just got the car that day and was going to show it to her mother who was at the alley.
What happened was she parked at the building and pulled up too far and bumped the concrete parking curb. The sudden bump startled her and she wanted to pull back....but hit the gas before putting it in reverse. The bowling alley is a large metal building so she went right through and on to the lanes.
