Finishing up my "simply simple" posts I prepared once I got motivated.
If anything all yellow is harder to shoot than all red. In any bright light at all unless it is a deep yellow orange you get almost no contrast to show small details. So I process to bring out the contrast and in flowers show the veins and other small details. This does tend to shift the color of the details more toward orange or brown and make it a darker shade of yellow. But I am after the details - a yellow blob I can get with a can of spray paint.
Yellow attracts bees and other insects and you can see places where they did some damage on the green areas here. I did get a couple of flowers with damage on the yellow parts but am not posting those

Robert, you out did yourself on this one. Ring light/flash can open up another world.

Thanks very much. I am doing more trials with the Ring Light as the spirit moves me.
