This wonderful forum makes me eager to learn more...
Hi! I'm a long time amateur "picture taker" (meaning I take a lot of photos but they aren't anything to write home about). When I encountered this forum I was compelled to join in. Along with being an amateur at taking pics, I have never been on a forum. I have a lot to learn, but I can't wait to get started.

Welcome to UHH. Nice photo there!
As a scuba diver I appreciate all underwater photos and know that it is not easy to get good ones . Nice shot .

Hi Zinnia welcome to the hog. We are all in a sense amateur's. I would like you to know one thing. By joining us, you will become so addicted that you will learn many things and have fun too. So, glad to have you, and your first post is really nice, i haven't seen very many underwater shots here.
Thanks to everyone for the kind welcome. I've already found myself taking too much time looking at photo contests and topics! There are so many creative people from such diverse backgrounds. I love it!!
