Based on my memory and not statistics, they were:
Nikon 500mm f5.6 PF for birds in my backyard, moon pictures, etc
Nikon 200mm f4 macro lens for backyard and indoor macro projects
The 5D III with the 100-400 II mounted to it. I do a lot of bird action shots. I still use the 5D II and the range of lenses I have. Happy New Year

#1: D850 + Sigma Art 24-105 f4 (51%)
#2: Z7 + 24-70 f2.8 S
No surprises here:
Olympus 12-40 Pro and Olympus 14-150 II tied for most used
Olympus 25 second
Paul, for me it's sort of a toss up between my 50mm f/4 Zeiss Distagon and my 90mm f/6.8 Schneider-Kreuznach.

If you filter and count your images in Lightroom, what surprises did you find? Do you use your own usage data to plan to sell unused lenses / cameras? Or maybe, to change the lenses you'll use more in 2021?
The circa 1981 Canon FD 200mm f/4 macro was my #1 used lens for keepers (mounted to a Sony a7II). Merging all the extended configurations, last year's #1 lens was the second most frequent in 2019, the EF 300mm f/2.8L IS II USM (mounted to an EOS 5DIII).
Sony 200-600 Sony a6600 and a7r4 only process in Photoshop

The Fuji XF 16-80mm F4 R OIS WR lens on my X-T2. Incredible lens, and versatility. 24-120 FF equivalent.
Tamron SP 24-70 2.8 G2 is my go to lens for most situations. When I don't need the speed and weight would be a problem I use the Canon EF-S 17-55 kit lens that came with my T3i.
Guess I'm coming late to the game but here are the ILC numbers:
Panasonic G-9 #1 - Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmar 100-400, ~90% (Wildlife)
Panasonic G-9 #2 - Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmar 12-60, ~70%, Panasonic DG Vario-Elmar 8-18, ~15%, Olympus 12-100 ~15% (Landscapes)
Panasonic GX-9 - Panasonic Lumix 14-140 ~90%, and two new lenses Panasonic Lumix 35-100 f2.8 ~5% and Olympus 60 mm macro ~5%
#1 is Sigma 100-600mm C lens. It has been a heavy bird & wildlife year.
#2 is EF 24-105L lens. It's my walk around choice.
#3 is EF 70-300 II nano. It's my zoo lens.
All used on EOS 6D Mk II.

Since I carry my Canon G16 on practically every one of my bike rides, my most used would be the 6.1 (W) - 30.5 (T) mm (35mm film equivalent: 28-140mm). A distant second after that, a Sigma 100-400 attached to a 6d2.

My most used lens for 2020 was probably my Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8 and equally my Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6.

Of my dozen lenses my most used last year was the Tamron 17-50 f2.8 on all of my DX cameras. Second was the Nikkor AF-D 28-105 3.5-4.5.
