But they will not give us a discount on any updates for filters we already have,why is that? I am speaking about filters with Al.

Are you talking about upgrades/updates for their AI applications? If so, you can get a year of upgrades/updates for all the apps you own for $99. If you have any apps that are still receiving free upgrades/updates as a part of the original purchase, they will give you credit towards the $99 for those.

I lost Denoise AI that they gave me free because I bought the original Denoise 6. I lost AI when I tried to update to the still free version 2. I sent them an email explaining my problems but I never got an answer,
I have been using Denoise 6 ever since. I sharpen my files with Affinity Photo to my entire satisfaction so I do not need Sharpen AI. I am still using B&W Effects 2 and there has not been an update in years.
