Belfair State Park 12-29-2020- Sanderlings

Cold day, overcast 39F dreary day. Good bird activity though. Three eagles were flying around, including right over my head (missed the shot- too close!).
The Sanderlings were there in numbers and flying all over the place! Like schools of fish these little birds put on a great show of precision formation flying! Captured some of the action and have presented it all here!
Do not know how the gull shot got in there... Ducks were all flying low to avoid the eagle's attention I think. Next post.
D500, 500pF, 1/2000, f 8, ISOs between 1200 and 5000-dark day. No filters no EC. Handheld.
