nice shots ... now i have that Blue Riders of the Purple Sage song stuck in my head, but for hawks...

Henry he went way down south, he turned his head around,
There were a bunch of yummy rodents running all around,
Henry tasted - he got wasted - couldn't even see,
How he's gonna fly like that that is not too clear to me...

Beautiful captures. I wish we could import him so he could reduce the squirrel population we have. We mostly have smaller hawks that are not up to the task of taking on our relatively small squirrels. We have so many oak trees for food that we are over-run with them.
