I’ve just been to our local surgery for a routine blood pressure test. Whilst there I ascertained that the surgery is a covid vaccination centre for the district.
So far they have vaccinated half of those 80+ years with the Biontech/Pfizer vaccine and are now awaiting a further delivery of vaccines.
To their knowledge there has not been a single negative reaction from anyone vaccinated so far.
So, that’s all pretty good news.

And what did you expect?......
That's good news for those of us waiting in the US and elsewhere for our chance. News papers want to sell copy so will hype any variance or reaction to the vaccine and make it sound worse than the virus.

From the reports we have seen there have been two quite serious anaphylaxis reactions in the UK. This may have concerned a number of people and I just felt this information would reassure people about the vaccine.
It was nothing to do with what I expected, although to satisfy your curiosity, I would have expected to hear of some reactions from amongst hundreds of those 80+ receiving the vaccine.

I see that it is UTube that has censored this. They along with fakebook and twitsville are into censorship big time. They want to control what you think and read, they want to make lemmings out of us all
I wonder if this one will be censored
Once again, the WHO has stepped in to offer some confusing comments about the coronavirus vaccine, warning that there is "no evidence to be confident shots prevent transmission" and that people who receive the vaccine should continue wearing masks and following all social distancing and travel guidelines.
The comments were made by WHO chief scientist Soumya Swaminathan during what appears to have been a virtual press conference held Monday.
"I don't believe we have the evidence on any of the vaccines to be confident that it's going to prevent people from actually getting the infection and therefore being able to pass it on”, says WHO Chief Scientist @doctorsoumya pic.twitter.com/QdTvzj7Nyd

If you highlight "TIFFANY DOVER - Another Vaccine Casualty" and paste it into Google it should come up.
This was the only way I could find it. Hope this helps.

People are skittish or leery of this vaccine. Many people are concerned that this vaccine was rushed to the market. As I stated earlier, the FDA has their reputation riding on this vaccine. It is not uncommon for people to have a negative reaction such as fainting to a vaccine even Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine. It is know as a VasoVagal response. That is why you are not allowed to walk away after receiving the vaccine. But the adverse reaction should be documented by the nurse, doctor or patient according to the VAERS system.
You can download the form. The most significant piece of information is the manufacturers name, lot number and expiration date which is from the vial.

She is not dead.
Her fainting was not caused by the vaccine and the episode is not an adverse reaction to the vaccine.
She has a medical condition wherein she faints when she experiences pain.
Her fainting was caused by being poked with a needle.
The whole story as reported is Fake News.

"According to the CDC, over 2 million people have been vaccinated against COVID. Around 11 cases of allergic reactions have so far been reported"
https://www.newsweek.com/moderna-covid-vaccine-allergic-reaction-doctor-public-hossein-sadrzadeh-1557704That translates to a less than 0.0006 percent incidence of severe allergic reactions.
What more could we hope for?
So, the facts as I understand them are:
1,772,912 people worldwide have died from COVID (as reported in my local newspaper this morning)
11 people worldwide have had an allergic reaction to the vaccine.
