If you have ever visited the Flathead Valley in MT in winter, then you know the inversions that happen can last a few days to a few weeks where we don't get to see the sun....well today the inversion lifted and the sunshine was amazing! It was cold....14 degrees this morning but with that sunshine....we just couldn't stay home!
Took a drive up the North Fork road to the entrance of Glacier National Park, then to Lake McDonald....so beautiful!
Editing done in Photoshop with camera raw filter and a little in Affinity. Constructive criticism welcome, want to try and get better at editing.

I sure know how that feels! A bit of sun here in the late afternoon. Nice shots.

Thanks....and it's supposed to change by tomorrow afternoon here as well....and more snow
All are very nice. I like the crystal ball. I have one but haven't used it. I like the placement in snow.
Beautiful set, Cindy! We are still under our inversion. Happy New Year!

Yes, you can't beat the sunlight and gorgeous blue sky after days of dreary grey... Beautiful!
