A Truss Bridge, One of the Few Remaining in This Area

This truss bridge is in western Delaware County, Indiana. I can’t distinguish if the design is Camelback or Pennsylvania; they are so close in looks.

Look Cool. Does not really matter to me what precise type it is as I'm in California and be it for foot, automobile or railroad they are probably just called truss bridges.

Thanks. Me either, really, but on a whim I looked up truss bridges and found a number of designs. Now I’m curious.

Love the subject and composition. However, the tint/toning makes the snow look a little yellow on my monitor. Curious if you tried straight b&w?

Nice photo of a wonderful, old bridge. Most of the newer ones have no personality...

There is a great site called Bridgehunter.com You can look up the history and any information on any bridge.

I did, Linda, and it was a tossup--personal preference, I guess.
