If you view the image at 100%; check the expression and the direction of
gaze of the woman in black at the right 1/3 of the frame.
I'd like to know what has transpired?
Interesting enlargement of your earlier post!

It's a common occurrence that I have seen more than I wanted to. The woman and her friends ordered a bottle of wine, the waitress has it in her hands and stops to chat with a regular patron and take their order. The woman will have to wait till she gets back from the kitchen and hope she remembers to bring the bottle back out with her. I think the look on the woman says she knows where this is going and there’s nothing she can do to change it short of making a scene.
That would be the story I might write if it were up to me. But then there could be other stories too.

I’m going with a spider is building a web around her head and she is in horror. Actually when I first saw it I thought is was scratches on the picture. But alas it was only the wind blowing her hair. I think I like my spider interpretation better.😁

I'm not generally a fan of Street Photography but this speaks volumes.
A gust of wind messing up a hair do - or a moment in time shared with a freind no longer with is.
Very viewable.

This is an excellent street shot. There is a story that we don't know; but we definitely know it is a story. That is what attracts me to this photo. There are lots of different emotions in the faces here. Well done.

Sounds feasible
The band aid on the waitresses ankle made me smile.

I almost never shoot people, especially in public places;
however I chose the spot I shot from to have an "open
steak sandwich" with (excellent) chips and salad.
As I was enjoying that late lunch, the scene presented itself
and I was compelled to capture it with my little black Fujifilm X-E3.
