As to my use of my 4x5 monorail view camera.
The finite adjustments that one can make to create images with a view camera far outweigh any disadvantages of its' use.
I have rationalized the use of my digital with which I can capture very good images. It is cheaper It is smaller and I get acceptable images.
However when I want to get CREATIVE I haul out the 4x5.
Not today but later on I will post some of my medium format results.
I appreciate all of your responses. Even the ones I don't agree with.
Merry Christmas

What do you use for medium format? I used to do medium format with film. Now I lust for a medium format digital.
I use a 120 roll film adapter and 120 transparancy film I get from The Darkroom in California

Can't wait to see your 4x5 examples showing the creativity you can achieve with it that you couldn't get with a digital.
