I ordered some nice jewelry for my wife. This is what they sent instead! You can't be too careful these days.

I’m fully confident that you’ll muscle through. As for your marriage, I’m mildly pessimistic. If it were my marriage, I’d be too busy packing to even think about the odds.

Merry Christmas.

Nice substitution. Was the jewelry out of stock and that was the replacement for the same price?

Wow; tough break. Nothin' left to do but turn lemons into lemonade. I wonder if you might share the name of the jewelry store with the rest of us...

I would much rather have the camera gear than the jewelry. Lucky you!

The people of the company that sent this need more training. Anyone nice enough to order jewelry for his wife is nice enough to assist this company further. Possibly, they are in need of macro lens education. Or, maybe a discussion of wide angle lenses? You have an afternoon's worth of work to do. Celebrate the holiday.

Interpretation is in the eye of the beholder.

I noticed that there are two "clasp" adapters on this particular example; both threaded very professionally. Wife should consider herself lucky to have such a considerate husband.

PS - Will there be someone who can post the date and hour of your upcoming visitation? Asking for a friend.

well, stuff happens ... once had someone at Dell hack my card and buy an underwater camera ... they bank was cool about it (they sent a "did you really mean this?" message, and they took the charge off of my account). I contacted Dell and never even got an acknowledgement that one of their people had hacked my account, much less an apology ... hope they had to make it right for my bank.

Lol. You beat me to it.

For your sake, I do hope some actual jewelry shows up, or you might find your bags on the front step.

If I knew from where you ordered the jewelry, I would do the same for my wife.
She deserves it.

so sad, I really feel sorry for her. I hope you immediately returned it for either the jewelry or a full refund.

or did they say, ahhh just keep it and we'll resend the jewelry.

Good thing I didn’t tell her about the jewelry 😂
