OMG!! she is beautiful. While I shoot Canon, I can admire a camera that is gorgeous condition from 1959. I wasn’t even born then.

I was referring to the date of release. That baby is older than me. They were made to last forever or so it seemed

Marty Forscher referred to them as a hockey puck. That's how durable Nikon Fs were.

Beautiful. Many memories for me - owning, using, selling them at retail. Nikon, Nikkormat, Nikonos waterproof - I owned and used a few.
I've got one also but I have the F-36 motor drive on it
While my first camera was a Nikon FM in 1980, I have a feeling of reverence for its ancestor here. May the name continue.
