Morning. You have been busy if you have half the afghan together already.
We start vaccinations today. So many still are saying they will not take it. We have not heard much about how the vaccinations are going across the pond.

A good portion of people here want someone else to go first, so it will be good to hear how it is going in other countries.
They are now saying that the regular population won't get the shot here until September to December of next year. Plenty of time to watch how it goes in other countries.

Morning. It is also very dark here. The moon must be on vacation. I made chili yesterday as that was the perfect food for a cold snowy day. I have two big decisions to make today. What should I have for dinner and what knit project to start. Did you finish your mitt?

My LYS has picked a designer, Isabell Kraemer. We're supposed to pick something from that designer and knit that next month. I've picked a hat. (Low commitment, as I have projects to finish.)

Late good morning from me and from a very dark, gloomy and wet London!! 12'C here today but really not nice to go out in!!

It seems London may well be put into tier 3 on Wednesday, just to exacerbate (oo-er!) the gloom!! If they do it for 14 days, as they have been doing, that will go right through Christmas and New Year. I just feel so sorry for the pubs and restaurants, trying to scratch a living through this! Will wait and see if Boris actually does it!!!

Got about half the afghan put together yesterday, will tackle the rest of it today, it's huge!!! Apart from that, nothing at all on the agenda, so another day on my backside!!

Have a good one, whatever you are up to, stay safe and comfy!! Lots of love, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If our numbers keep growing, Toronto and all the areas around it will continue in lockdown through Christmas. Since ALL the roads out of the Toronto area can't be blocked because there are just too many roads, they will continue to spread the infection around.

That's long. And probably long enough that you could cut off about six inches on your own!

Hello girls, I'm at S and S, just had some pizza and been watching to comedy. I've no news really. Kenny went back to the vets yesterday to have his back teeth out bless him. Had anaesthetic and the works. He was a bit drowsy this afternoon but is starting to pick up a bit. Also one of the Guinea pigs died last week. We think it was something serious (well it would be if he's stiff bless him) because he was losing eeight. His little brother is lonely now so they've given him a teddy!

Hope you all had a good day and see you tomorrow. Luv yawl

My niece had 2 guinea pigs. The bigger white one was always picking on the little brown one, to the point that she put hiding places in the cage that he could get into and the bigger one couldn't. The white one died unexpectedly, but the little brown one misses him despite being picked on. She never thought to give him a teddy.

Good morning from a still dark Seattle. Did take a peak outside and it's foggy out there. No plans for today so will do what I usually do. Had a great visit with my friend yesterday morning and the haircut in the afternoon went well. Had about 4 or so inches cut off! Feels so much lighter. xxxooo

I'm glad that the visit and haircut went well.

We didn't go anywhere exciting, just to the vets to pick up Bentleys drops , then a circuitous route home. We have some lovely houses around here and Mr P enjoyed looking at the architecture and it was lovely and sunny. Xx

You do have some lovely houses and the architecture is so different from what we have over here.

Good morning from another damp day in Surrey. Mr P enjoyed his birthday wishes from around the world. And to top it off he had video chats with all the family.

It is lovely seeing everyones Christmas trees and the stories that go with them, they are all so lovely.

Off for a bit of a walk shortly and then some more knitting.

Happy Saturday everyone xx

Happy belated birthday Mr P. I wasn't online yesterday.

Your angel looks un-squished.

There is a chili recipe that is popular up here that requires the crock pot to keep running for 3 days. I've never tried making it. But friends that have, say it is the best chili ever.
I bought a straight sided glass dish for my Instant Pot so I can make a dump cake in it. I have strawberry pie filling and golden cake.
I have an easy shrug pattern that calls for bulky that I was considering using 2 strands of WW. I need more WW. I may need to do a squishy mail order. My LYS is a little limited on colours in WW. Unless I want to use James Brett Marble multicolour.

My go to pot in pot is the 3 quart pot in the 6 quart instant pot. However, for cakes I use a 7 inch glass dish. I think it is pyrex. Probably just what you bought. With a little cream you will have strawberry shortcake. Sounds good. Added strawberry pie filling to my list. There is a brand of cake mix, Jiffy, that is half size. Available only in golden or yellow. Years ago they had a lot of flavors. I use half a box of the regular mix, 1.5 cups with 1 can of pie filling
Pease porridge hot, pease porridge cold pease porridge in the pot 9 days old.

We heard that 2 people in UK went into anaphylatic shock, but they had pre-existing allergies, and were allergic to the flu shot too. The people giving the vaccines were prepared and administered the proper shot immediately and those people are fine now.
Keep going on the afghan. You can do it.

Nearly there, just taking a break to catch up and give my ears a rest from my headphones, Netflix has been keeping me company!!!
