Christmas pinup

I haven't been able to get out and take photos for some time. I've spent most of my time learning to use Photoshop and Lightroom. I've also sorted and scanned old negatives. This pinup is a photo I took that I didn't make any prints from. I found a bunch of fantastic brushes that I put in Photoshop and used a lot of them in the process. I converted the image to a sketch, then proceeded to paint it in the style of George Petty or Alberto Vargas. Probably with less talent. I used Paintshop Pro and Photoshop to recreate the image. It took a long time to paint clothes on the model. It was a lot of work to get to the punch line.

Fun way to spend your time if you can’t get out and shoot.
