These photos were taken the day after the nor'easter came through Pennsylvania that dropped 26" of snow in the northern tier of PA. Photos were taken in north central Pennsylvania in Cameron County.

Very nice. Are they fed in the winter?
No. The elk in Pennsylvania were reintroduced in 1913. Prior to that, they were hunted out completely. Great story as the herd is wild and there is now a hunting season in PA.
