I received this as a gift but I haven’t been able to figure out what it is or for what it’s to be used.
I can see one use for it - prying the screw top on a jar to release the vacuum seal but I’m guessing it’s for more than that.

It looks like a covid tool.
Something to manipulate other objects without touching them. the rubber tip can work on phone screens, pushing and the hook for things you need to pull.

That is all well and good for a piece of scrap metal. With the Pandemic paranoia running rampant, I bet it costs $39.95. I’ll also bet that you can buy 2 for 77.95 with a two year warranty.

It's one more thing to keep clean, disinfected, fumble with and not lose. Oh yes, eventually help fill that junk drawer.

Looks like a beer tab puller, but that's me. I think a lot of things look different than other people. I won't tell you what I think some of those covid masks look like.
