Beautiful winter scenes with accurate exposure though the cropped image of the owl does not seem sharp enough, probably due to the fine feathers around the neck. Of some concern is the full extension of the tripod legs which seem a bit flimsy and unsteady, although the camera should be able to compensate with its advanced stabilization capabilities.

Julian, I don't think that is Jack in the first shot since he
took the picture, looks like a canon setup with the flimsy tripod.
