I was prompted to post this by an email from Trout Unlimited asking for a photo of your most memorable fish of the year. I thought I would share it here.
Last summer, my Wife and braved Covid to visit a shared Family home in Jackson Hole. We joined my favorite Jackson Hole based guide for a full-day float on the Green River in Wyoming (Pinedale is the closest town). It was one of the best days fishing I have ever had. I caught a large number of Brown Trout, many of them 16-20”. This was one of the prettiest.
One of my favorite things about trout is where they live, it’s always beautiful.
Of course a 10” Brookie with a pat of butter, wrapped in tinfoil on a campfire is a treat as well.
Nice picture of a beauty!
A nice fish and a nice image.

My Wife gets credit for the picture using my Olympus Tough TG5. I have found it to be a great take anywhere camera. It is indestructible and very flexible.
