It seems to be a popular design
This is great composition, near perfect, but not perfect. Still I say look at it, a piece is missing; go back and do it again please.
Then send me a copy. I'm sorry I don't know you but, use your photographic eye; this subject indicates you have a good one.
This is an interesting design. I’m not sure why engineers are choosing this type of support for the roadway. It may not require as many caissons to be made for support. It may not create wind resistance.
I hope we have an engineer or architect that can explain why bridges have this design.
Recent changes in NYC are the Gothels, the Tappan Zee Bridge and the Kosciuszko Bridge.
There was a Photo book recently published titled, “The Magnificent Bridges of New York By Dave Frieder
Beautiful. That seems to be the Style of the Decade for bridges.
Architecture is art that we can see, appreciate and touch. Please keep your hands in the car while driving! Some of my greatest photos in NYC are of two buildings adjacent to each other. The different styles of new and old can lend themselves to compelling photographs and Interesting stories.

Lovely photo of some magnificent architecture!
I appreciate the comments, Joe.

Thank you, I greatly appreciate the comments and the critique.
