This is my first jigsaw puzzle since tripping over the tongue of my trailer several months ago and breaking three ribs. Everything is finally back to normal for me.
Beautiful Jigsaw Puzzle. I love the resolution.
I recently had open heart surgery. The doctors and nurses kept asking if I want anything for pain. I kept telling them No!
Saw the doctor last Monday. Same question. Doctor asked how come you are not in pain. I told the doctor, patients from my planet don’t experience pain.
I’m sorry to hear about the three broken ribs. I hope you take it easy this time.
I feel for you. In 2008 I had open heart surgery (replaced aortic Valve and 4 by-passes). I didn't feel really good for over a year. stay safe.

That is the trouble with Earthers. You feel every pain even if you stab your toes. People like myself from Klingon don’t feel pain. I too had Open Heart Surgery to replace the Aortic Valve and repair the Mitral Valve. I still have all the analgesics the hospital discharged me with including Oxycodone.
Adding to that the fact that in 2011 I had colon cancer and they removed about 4' of colon; and add to that, last year (Dec. 27) they repaired a carotid artery that was 96% blocked and also the fact that I have 50% arterial blockage in my legs below the knee; I'm still kicking. Not as high but still kicking. For that I am very grateful and thank God that he isn't done with me yet!
I've done the same. Broken ribs are one of the most painful injuries you can get. And, in reality, there is nothing they can do for you.

Almost 2 years ago for me, never needed any that they didn't give me without asking, when they sked I said no. surprised the nurses at Mt.Sinai, good bunch there. BTW, just did a no no , shoveled the walk!
That hurts! Been there under different circumstances.
Nice puzzle photo, by the way.
Rib injuries hurt like the Dickens. Hope you are feeling better. I never had the patience for puzzles, nice job.
Great puzzle. If you and your friends are puzzlers I suggest that you NEVER buy a puzzle from Eurographics. If you are missing a piece you will never get a response from them. My Atom puzzle is missing 2 pieces. I wrote to them on 9/14/20 and haven't heard back. They stink.
Lovely puzzle and a nice way to occupy time indoors. I also feel your pain for I've barked my shin on our trailer hitch more times than I care to count.

Nice! Beautiful colors and composition!
Scruples, Dan and Bob, I am there with you, but maybe not as extensive. I had double bypass coming up on five years ago next month, felt like an elephant had sat on my chest when I first came out of the anesthesia, but minimal after a day or so. I only spent four days in the hospital, counting the day of surgery. Then on St. Patrick's day this year had a laminectomy with fusion of two lower back vertebrae. Spent only two days for that surgery, but it was right at the beginning of everything closing up for the pandemic. For that I did experience pain. I refused to take any pain relievers except Tylenol with Codeine. I won't take the hydrocodone or oxycontin, too much chance of reactions and addiction, plus they make me puke my guts up.
