Luminar AI Availibility?

There was a thread a couple days ago about the early release of AI to the first 30,000 purchasers. I think I should have been one of the early birds since I purchased it before some of the posters that received it. But, whatever I didn't. It's supposed to be available today. So far I haven't received email for download. I keep logging on and it says "Luminar will be available later this year. I will receive email to download". Has anyone who wasn't eligible to get it on the 11th tried getting it today?

I just went to Skylum's website and it had a counter showing approximately 3 hours before launch. I am on the east coast and also bought it months ago.

Early this AM, Mountain Time, I logged into my Skylum account the new AI was there waiting for me to download, which I did.
Clearly, I've not had time to play with the new AI, but my first reaction is that it looks and acts like Luminar 4.

I thought I was going to receive an email saying it's ready to download, but nothing. I'll go to the website and see what happens.

I knocked on the Skylum door and downloaded it, but where is my S#. I put in a request to Skylum help. Acknowledged buy no S# reply... tempted to go to one of the Crack sites to get going. Skylum is prob snowed under with help requests.

I preordered and received an email to download a couple of days ago. Skylum is possible staggering there emails so as not to overwhelm their system.
