I know that most of you have seen many images of Antelope Canyon. This is a different lesser known slot canyon in Southern Utah. Knowledge of chimneying would be helpful if you want to access it. The bottom is about 6 inches wide and chest deep in water. My friend got wedged in and was stuck for sometime until two others came along to help. I do not recommend going in by yourself. The hike in is about 4 miles each way. Once you get through the obstacles, the canyon is amazing. Just be certain to check for any storms in the area. This canyon floods quickly and the walls are over a hundred feet high. For those who may never get here.. this one is for you 🥰 Oh and I forgot to mention that the water is freezing 🥶
Thank you for taking that. The only way I will see it.
Great shot, thanks for sharing. I won't be going there either. Looks a little cramped for me.

Kalina, Thanks for going 8 miles to create that awesome Slot Canyon. It is a very beautiful unique image. Does that area or canyon have a name. Can one use a long monopod from the top to create that image? Stay well and safe. Stan
Fantastic! And so much more colorful on download. Thanks for this!
Gorgeous, Kalina, I hope that this is on your wall!
Beautifully done, Kathleen. Looks like it would be claustrophobic in some stretches.
Kalina, a wonderful photograph and worth the effort in taking it.
