If one State does not follow it's constitutional laws regarding v****g and as a result the outcome of that State's decision changes, then it affects me even though I don't live in that state.
Think of it from this perspective. If three NFL teams violate "their own rules" the outcome could affect my team when it comes to who reaches the playoffs and the Super Bowl!!...... How many of you were pissed when New England relieved air pressure out of footballs prior to the game. That was a violation of New England's Game Rules yet the outcome affected who won the ball game and who advanced to the playoffs.
