I have a lot of these, so, a poll: Do you all like to guess at these?
Or would you rather I state what year & make they are from at the outset?

You can tell me at the onset. I am very young. I have rarely seen a car with a three dimensional hood ornament.

Very nice but I think it would have been better without the tree reflection. Still very nice.

You may inspire a new trend ... people will be drilling holes and adding Mast Heads to their new cars. Indeed, my uncle had musical horns that announced he had arrived to visit. I wonder if J C Whitney still selling them and special hood ornaments.

JT, do you suggest that people add fender skirts and lowering blocks to their new cars? Those were bread days when I was in high school, 1950-54.

WOW! J.C.Whitney! Had forgotten about them. I remember ordering fire injector spark plugs for my 66 Mustang, among other things! HA, my uncle also had musical horns! Good times and great memories!

They say that people "love a mystery". I have never paid much attention to hood ornaments so I really can't guess here. But I would have thought that any long-time "car guy" would welcome this. Judging by responses so far, I must have been wrong.
