Odd that Trump's team could not come with a court filing this succinct and to the point.
I will add, just for conversation, the our Attorney General, Ken Paxton is already under indictment for securities fraud...and 3 or 4 weeks ago several of his top aides resigned and accused him of accepting bribes and abuse of office...which is now under investigation.
Good company for Trump.

I would wager SCOTUS says Texas has no standing, Texas was not damaged by other state's v****g process...maybe gives a two sentence response to Ken Paxton as compared to the once sentence response issued today...

Indeed. The FBI is already investigating Paxton for his corruption. Wonder if Trump and him could be cell mates? Fitting for this den of thieves!

I am happy that you are happy that we have allowed the demonic machine to install the biggest dumbass on the world stage as our president...
