I received this as a gift in 1978. Been in storage for about 20 years. Last time it was used it all worked fine but not now. I put fresh batteries in it to test it but the shutter sticks open so should be considered for parts. The light meter works. All the glass is clean and in very good condition. No scratches of fungus.

Dark green Naugahyde hard case (just screams early 80s!) that will hold 2 bodies and 4 lenses.

I'd like to get $100 for everything. Buyer pays actual shipping cost. If that's too high then make me an offer. I'd much rather it go to someone than sit in my closet.

Keep releasing the shutter. It may free up after a while. Blow out the dust with dry air and gentle puffs.

I believe after you insert new batteries into an OM2 you need to push the "reset" button and twist the lens to the "reset" position (or something like that). Give it a try. Google it.

By-the-way...I can't quite see the lens that's on the camera, but it looks like a 28mm f2.8. If it is, that lens alone is worth just about the $100 you're asking for the whole kit.

If you re-read the ad he wrote, you will see it clearly states 28mm f2.8.
